Yes. As long as the pump is connected to a normal fan header.

@Rem0o is it possible to integrate something like liquidctl into fancontrol to control fan speed, pump speed, and monitor liquid temps?

You say as long as the pump is connected to a normal fan header; does this include the "1 x CPU/Water Pump Fan Connector (4-pin) (Smart Fan Speed Control)" on an ASRock z590 Phantom Gaming 4/ac mobo? Because I'm not seeing my pump in fancontrol.

@Rem0o how does the install of that Liquidctl plugin work? I've unzipped it into the plugins folder but I'm coding illiterate and attempting to understand the process to get it to recognize it as a plugin.
