Disabling "Your current configuration changed" Pop Up

Every time I turned on my PC, the FanControl windows will pop up and when I closed it, the program keeps asking if I wanted to discard or save current settings when I did not touch anything. It's really bugging me out since It's like a ritual when turning on my pc. This also happened when I just opened FanControl to look for my current PC status. How do I stop this?

Do you actively change stuff and don't save it? Did you try to just hit save once when it hits and see if it goes away after? Otherwise it would be useful to get a "diff" of your json file before and after you hit save it see what changes.
