No way to save a configuration outside default directory

The "Save configuration as" dialog appears to have a fixed location that cannot be changed, so if I want to put the configuration file in another location, I need to move the file externally.

I think the program would be improved by allowing users to select the directory they want to save the file in.

It seems like it used to save to in appdata, as I have backup configs in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\FanControl\Configurations but now (v245) it seemingly will only read or write from the configurations subdirectory in the install folder.
