NVidia 4070 fan goes to over 100% RPMs when GPU is busy
Describe the bug Fan goes to 3700 RPM (more than 100% when manually setting, as it's 3000 then) for few seconds on GPU heavy load, every few seconds. Force apply doesn't work. No matter the temperature. Weird thing: it happens only when 2D graphics are being displayed, yet still at full GPU load (includes some games loading screens, or newest game The Alters "quantum computer" scenes and static "cutscenes"). In full 3D games (like new Doom) doesn't happen. When Fan Control is turned off, it doesn't happen, fans run with default behavior (~2500 RPM in those scenes, lower in less demanding ones).

What % are you running at ? If you ask for a too low of a %/RPM under load, GPU may engage some kind of "fail-safe" mode, which FanControl has no control over.
