adding a button and returning the temperature display instead of the icon

I would like to ask if it would be possible to add a button to turn on all fans at once how to turn them on one at a time, I use this app often to set the fan for games, but I'm tired of turning on the fans 5 times and clicking each time and then in the older version I noticed that you could set the cpu/gpu temperature instead of the icon, and I also miss it here

Simply create 2 configs, one where everything is off, then 1 where everything is on?

As for the icon/temperature, they are in the tray icons section on the left tabs.
