Controls +6 fans detected, but no response

Added the reg key as recommended. Control is not working and fans are not responding. Always at 0rpm even if they are clearly spinning. No change on the physical fans when I change the speed on the controllers. Everything is showing, but nothing works basically. image Dell latitude 3540

https://github.com/AaronKelley/DellFanManagement is just not compatible with your specific laptop.
