Request: Check Downloaded and Drag & Dropped Mods for Targetted Game and Warn If None

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some mod creators do not properly complete their mod and forget to mark which target exe the mod is for. As a result this can confuse users who just downloaded or drag & dropped their mod and do not see it for their game.

Describe the solution you'd like

• If a mod is downloaded or drag & dropped added and has no 'target applications' in its configuration, warn the user they will need to enable support manually. Alternatively, present the list of currently supported apps if available and allow immediate targeting.
