[Mod Issue] [FFXVI : Mods only target English Locale]

Every time when launch the game language of items descriptions changes to English, if I change language in main menu to others and back to mine all good, but mods list and any text from mods in right bottom corner in menu disappear

Chose Russian language of text and English VA, then restart the game. Launch it, doesn't matter from R2 menu or from launcher.

The version 1.28.7 didn't have this bug.

This is not related to Reloaded-II.

Final Fantasy XVI mods that target localized files only currently support english localizations and do not currently propagate over other locales. This should be noted in the mods's description.

But before the patches there was no such problem.

I'm not sure but I think this mods don't do anything with localization files. Image
