[BUG] scanner stuck on scan, doesn't finish

The Audio app used to work perfectly, but some time ago, rescanning the library would no longer work. I am not sure when this started.

Currently, the audio app's library is empty. Scanning for audio files gets to a certain point (about 450/5400 files), then restarts and again gets to about the 450th file (about the same number it stopped on the previous run). It never finishes.

running armbian 23.02.2 on an odroid hc4 with 4 GB RAM, htop neves shows maxed out RAM nextcloud version: 25.0.13 audio app version 3.4.1

the only thing I can find in datadirectory/nextloud.log is: Argument #1 ($codepoint) must be of type int, string given in file '/var/www/nextcloud/apps/audioplayer/3rdparty/getid3/module.tag.id3v2.php' line 3757"

Same with me, scanning never finishes. also many albums are showing up as "untitled" even though they are all labeled.
