Saw this mentioned in #52

Opens Twitter in a new tab with a tweet like : "Listening to 7/1/00 Tube by Phish on @relistenapp http://localhost:3000/phish/2000/07/01/tube?source=163697"

I'm gonna play with it a bit to try to make the share button a bit subtler & in the flow of the doc, I'll let ya know when I have something.
