Allow windowed mode (not fullscreen-only)

Allow for windowed mode (and resizeable window size, not only fullscreen)

pressing Alt+Enter will disable fullscreen, and unity applications can be run in windowed mode by running them with -screen-fullscreen 0

However running with fullscreen disabled makes the interface quite unusable
