What's the use case here? Why do you want to be able to check this?

I'd like to do a trial run of the proposed and mostly approved [governance process](https://github.com/json-schema-org/community/pull/456) to try and best find consensus on what the "critical projects" program looks like.

I'm now activly working on driving this work.
