Change "database server" to "database service" in the popup "Applying recommended configuration"

Bit of feedback for you guys, your web interface has a bit of scary wording when applying updates:

This message implies that the actual Database server will be restarted rather than the database services and should probably read "Note that after the configuration is applied, the database service will be restarted"
