Issue after Plesk updated MariaDB

My Plesk install has updated MariaDB - but Releem agent now seems to be messed up (attached logs).

It initially said not connected, but now looks to be showing data but it fails to apply configs so suspect permissions.

Do I need to remove and reinstall?
