Issue with buffer recommendations on RDS

I was wondering about a recommendation Releem shows:

Our RDS instance has 4.53 GB freeable memory so increasing this parameter to the suggested value would eat the rest of the memory causing the instance to auto-restart by RDS:

The algorithm for recommending the innodb_buffer_pool_size variable has been changed. Increase of the variable value is performed not more than there is free memory on the server.
