Fix --build-once

Commandline args need to be accessed through options, not program. This probably went wrong when merging in #196 and #194 at the same time.

@jkowens I am only a simple contributor with no push / write permissions at all (see attached screenshot).

I'm sorry @DanielRuf, I thought you were a maintainer 😅 I know maintaining a project is difficult and time consuming, I was just hoping this PR could be released since the last release had a serious regression. It's nice to see a fork (ReReLaXed), I'll keep an eye on that and see if a release lands on npm.
