Causes World To Crash When Used With Geologic Expansion

Often when I am flying around in my world, all the chunks stop loading, and my world crashes. When I checked the logs, the only thing I could make out of it was the duck from geologic expansion not loading and causing this to happen.

I took this issue to this repo because the geologic expansion one doesn't seem to have active members working on it.
