Server died from pregen BetterNether mod

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. i'm install chunky and pregen world Nether, After 10-120 seconds, the server freezes and crashes

This is similar to #236 and needs to be fixed on their end.

Meanwhile, disabling allowThreadedFeatures is a workaround.
