Make `/run/ydotool.sock` the default socket path instead of `/tmp/.ydotool_socket`

Keeping such things in /tmp is not elegant, all of other programs on my machine keep their sockets in either /run or /run/user/$UID. /tmp is also theoretically not guaranteed to be wiped on reboot.
