Fix mousewheel with negative value

the --wheel argument doesn't take negative value since it's not a require_argument, I make this PR for it, this will allow scroll back with mouse wheel

why mousemove -w -- <xpos> <ypos> was not working for you? Seems to me that your change would cause the same result (haven't test it that yet)
