[Feature Request] A config option to disable `/discord4fabric`

A config option to disable (or make operator-only) the command /discord4fabric (and its alias, /discord) would be really helpful. On the servers for Pandamium, we already use a discord-account-linking mod (via Paper) on our "Release" server, and this mod (via Fabric) on our "Snapshot" server. Since we already direct people to go to the Release server to link their account, and using both mods simultaneously would be difficult to manage, we would like an option to remove /discord from the Snapshot server as it is confusing new players by giving the wrong code to send to our bot.

This is the only mod, apart from Carpet and Sodium, we use on the snapshot server. We'd rather not use others just to fix this small issue.
