[Chromaticraft] Aspect Former Balance (or lack thereof)

This thing unquestionably trivializes the entire essentia system, and is available far too early in the progression for that. A number of things should be changed to not completely destroy the balance of another mod.

1: The essentia is too cheap. Either the lumen costs need to be drastically increased, or the aspect former needs to be slowed way down, or both. It creates roughly 10 points of essentia per second, with just a basic unupgraded pylon. I can get 3000 essentia before a pylon runs out, in about five minutes.

2: It is available too early. It is in Energy & Elements, the same tier as the early wooden repeaters, which definitely doesn't seem right. At the very least, it should be moved to Pylon Casting with the Aspect Jar, if not Endgame.

3: It requires no investment in Thaumcraft itself. Not a single TC item needed in the recipe, no alchemy or infusion or even arcane crafting needed to make this thing. You can make this before even starting Thaumcraft and completely bypass a large chunk of the mod. Personally, I would have made it require at least one Primordial Pearl.
