[RotaryCraft v33a] ElectriCraft Aluminum Ingots are not a valid ingredient for producing Aluminum Alloy

The aluminum ingots from ElectriCraft cannot produce Aluminum Alloy, they don't count as a valid ingredient for the recipe.

Experienced in the DragonRealm modpack, but it likely happens outside of it.
