Bezier Crystals cause crash V33a

Use of Bezier Crystals on a world with only DAPI and ChromatiCraft cause a "ticking memory connection" crash.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load up a world with DAPI V33b and CHC V33a.
  2. Use Bezier crystals at night
  3. Crash with "Ticking memory connection"

This appears to be a regression from versions before v32c. In versions v31c and below, you can use Bezier Crystals all you like. In versions v32c and above, using the Bezier Crystals has a high likelihood of triggering this crash.

Tested on versions v31b, v32c, and v33a, all using their respective versions of DragonAPI.
