[Chromaticraft v33a] Data Tower Puzzle not completing

I cannot seem to get the Data Tower puzzle to complete. I have found every tower, and illuminated every cell many times. I also tried with both the client and server running as administrator to rule out the possibility of something like #2311. The puzzle usually fails to generate on the first attempt after relogging, but completing it never seems to have an effect. There is no relevant output in either the server or client logs. This is done on the latest version of Dragon Realm as of 9/3/2023, with hard configs.

I also noticed the puzzle fails to complete, on a bare instance with almost nothing but ChromatiCraft (thus it is most likely the puzzle is bugged, and not some other mod interfering).
