[Chromaticraft V32] Cannot farm chromaticraft plants in pink forest

Chromaticraft plants do not seem to grow or spread in a pink forest, even with a fertility bloom. I understand them not growing there naturally, but I find it odd that they will not spread. This does seem to be at least partially intended, since their growth is explicitly disabled (https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/ChromatiCraft/blob/c12d27fb8d0594c619de2f63c54e591b84d60d49/Block/Worldgen/BlockDecoFlower.java#L399). It would be nice if this was more obvious in some way though, I spent about an hour trying to figure out why my ether berries would not spread.

This was presumably done to prevent naturally-spawned plants from covering the biome. Given there is not any way to determine if a plant was planted by a player or not, I do not see a fix.
