[Chromaticraft] Suggestion: Structure cores emit a sound to aid in discovery

Not sure what sound would work best. It should be audible within a certain range, and should stop if the player enters the structure.

Alternately, improve the Aura Tracker (perhaps to use a hot/cold system instead of the current particle fan).
