[Electricraft] Generators and Motors facing West on Start

MC-Version: 1.7.10 Mods: DragonAPI, Rotarycraft, Electricraft, Reactorcraft, NEI, chicken core Mode: Singleplayer

Problem: The electricraft motors and generators lost their orientation and are all facing in the west direction when logging in. It happens sometimes and I am still trying to find out when it happens. A simple re-login to the world does not trigger the problem.

I will give more information when I find a reproducible method for this bug.

It seems to happen, if I run a different instance of Minecraft with a different Minecraft version, restart the pc, and then start the MC instance with rotary.

In addition to this bug, not only did the direction get a reset, but also the upgrade for the motors. In my case the tungsten upgrade was gone after the log-in there all electricraft motors and generators are faced west.

That makes it sound like their NBT failed to load. Were there similar errors in the console, or for other machines?
