[RC] Magnetizing Unit - lowest possible operation time is 0.2 seconds

The tooltip says "Operation time: 0.1 seconds", but the lowest it will actually run at is 0.2 seconds per operation.

If the tooltip says "0.15 seconds" it actually runs at 0.3 seconds.

I'm guessing this change was made around when this was fixed: https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues/2844

It's that and in https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues/2844#issuecomment-910958034 you said you were making "0.1 seconds" the fastest possible speed, but I can't get it any faster than 0.2 seconds.

Also it's actually running at slightly_over 50% displayed speed -- I just ran a 30 second test. The tooltip said "operation time: 0.1s", which should have charged the shaft to 300 µT, but the actual charge was 163 µT.
