Did you use the file from UE Reborn? I recommend to, because my room is optimized. The only think you need is remove elevator area and write .x instead of .b3d (or empty space) for models path. Also the light values should be changed

Idk if UE Reborn is using the one I made but I'm using that one, it's optimized as well.
