Adding admin commands for: Cleaning chat and other moderation tools for channels
Prefix commands will be added to the bot which would be used to configure it for each guild
This will be added in 1.2.0 update with prefix commands. [Issue#4](https://github.com/OSL-Works/Discord-Channel-Moderator/issues/4) Commands would allow user to setup unlimited amount of channels.
