Running this: $ ./setup.py --prefix=/home/gpaz/scalapack/2.1.0 --fcflags=" -fallow-argument-mismatch" --downall I have obtained this: imagen

Any solution?

German , could you try again a clean install from scratch .. I updated the scalapack installer to the latest LAPACK library. Let me know if you run into the same issue I am away from my work machine at the moment so I cannot test it.
