Refactor antigrief systems and ranks

I can't be the only person who wants to find meltdown code and opens nuke-control before I remember that I'm not where I want to be. Would it make sense to you guys to basically move nuke-control into antigrief and either disband nuke-control or shift meltdown to the name nuke-control?

Meltdown has nothing to do with nuke_control/antigrief.

Once you die you leave a corpse, this corpse mostly gets looted. And once you ask who no one reply, only a admin can open other people's inv and see if thingss are stolen( I've catched people) So why not have a chat notification when soneone opens your corpse?
