1.Added container dump to the 2 Diggy-DangeOres

When a chest with items is (intentionally) destroyed by players/enemies, the chest 'spills' its content to the floor generating an ore patch proportional to the content destroyed (for DangerOres) Module taken from DangerOre scenario

2. Added mining prod (+/- levels) to market. Cost 2500 * L (to increase, or decrease), disable mining prod tech

Disables mining productivity technology and adds 2 items in market:

1. mining-productivity-plus
2. mining-productivity-minus

to buy mining productivity increase/decrease. Cost = 2500 * L, can be configured
