Added subfolder modded_maps to ./map_gen/maps.
To organize all the adapted map scripts and store them in a central location. So they do not get lost in the limbo of saves and scenario files.
Travis is complaining :)

Maybe the modded_maps folder should be renamed to just modded, it is already in a folder called maps.
