Patterns reorganization in families

Hello

I'm proposing a reorganization of your design patterns example repository. Currently, patterns are grouped in a way that makes it challenging to understand their fundamental purpose and how they relate to each other. To address this, I've restructured the repository based on the Gang of Four (GoF) design pattern families: Creational, Structural, and Behavioral.

The files are not changed in any other way other than the package declaration and imports.

I hope you find it useful.
