No, it's not compiled yet.

You can't use any git commit for build-deps in a PKGBUILD because the patch hasn't been compiled into the `dist` branch yet. This is where the submodule points to: https://github.com/LizardByte/build-deps/tree/dist

Sorry, I must ask you to enable debug logging. Restart Sunshine, replicate the issue. Then share logs again.

It seems this is related to the automatic resolution/HDR stuff and the topology cannot be restored. Try disabling those features and/or disable your scripts that are doing the same thing.
