Reordering of Apps is not working properly and config reset to default

When trying to reorder apps by long holding and waiting for message to say "press up and down..." it doesn't alway keep the same app selected.

For example:I want to reorder Netflix to the top, I long hold Netflix, wait for message to "press up and down", start moving Netflix up, it will randomly switch to another app while reordering, I am then moving another app.

This problem seemed to appear in 1.1.4 and is present in 1.1.5

Also while reordering apps I hit the home button and went back into reordering - the configuration of hidden apps and reordering were back to default. This happened in 1.1.4.

I can confirm that I've experienced exactly the same issue.

Same here. I started on YouTube, then ended up with VLC. And the bottom app can't be moved, apps also can't be moved to the bottom.
