autolaunch?

The older versions used to boot straight into the launcher when the unit is powered on or rebooted, that doesn't happen any more, maybe due to app store approval? Is it possible to correct this or add the option to settings? I've tried using another app to boot the launcher upon startup of the fireTV but that doesn't work wither for some strange reason.
