Run kube-proxy as a DaemonSet

It is apparently possible to run kube-proxy as a DaemonSet. This would avoid RKM from having to manually monitor and manage the lifecycle of kube-proxy. Instead we could deploy it as a privileged container as part of our Helm chart (see #235).
