Accessibility: focus ring disappears on headings

Describe the bug To reproduce:

  1. Go to Redocly demo
  2. Tab through page
  3. Observe where focus ring is Expected behavior Focus is visible on all elements.

Actual behavior: focus is not visible on headings.
