copy deeplink on click on heading

Describe the problem to be solved If I click on the link icon before a heading the site is scrolling down to the heading. But instead of this we want that the link is copied and the site isn't scroll to the heading

Maybe there can be a flag or a option how to handle the onlick on the link image.
