Where are the docs describing adding files to (OpenAPI) tag-based heirarchies?

My API has tags.

Redocly generates hierarchies based on tags, rather than based on other criteria (path similarities, orders in some directory or other, order in an openapi.yaml file).

The company I work for has paid (yes, already) for redocly to add contextural info to OpenAPI API descriptions.

Where are the docs describing adding files (e.g. markdown files) into (OpenAPI) tag-based heirarchies?
