[Question] ackWait - ms or ns?

The Readme says ackWait is in nanoseconds. But the default is 30000 -- which would be way to short in nanoseconds.

@Clashsoft I got into the same issue, so all of my subscriptions had than more than 5 minutes for wait time other than expected 10 seconds.

It should be specified in millis:

...
ackWait: 1000 * 10, // 10 seconds
...
