Phatloots 5.5.7 don't work in Worldguard regions except if remove owners and members

It's been a while since I noticed this but until version 1.20.2 of the game I was using Phatloots 5.5.4 to work around this problem. Except that, with versions 1.20.5/1.21 Phatloots 5.5.4 no longer works, so I investigated to isolate the plugin which caused the malfunction of Phatloots 5.5.7 and after 2 hours of research (I have 95 plugins...) , this comes from Worldguard.

If we put Phatloot 5.5.7 and Worldguard, Phatloots no longer works at all in the regions. No error message is generated in the console. The only way to fix the problem is:

• remove all owners from the region
• remove all members from the region

This is obviously very problematic. This seems to correspond with the patch about Worldguard regions described thus in the changelog: "Fixed WorldGuard region set bug with MobListener et al."

• Outside of regions Phatloots 5.5.7 works normally (except for the issues reported in #52 )
