[Bug] Chests aren't saved when they are on cooldown before a restart

Can you confirm if this is a bug specifically with a server crash or the issue also happens on restarts? From what I can see in the code, this should not occur on a restart. Thanks!

It's probably crashes but I couldn't say for sure . I had lots of crashes and restart, I just know that at the end, nearly all the chests were gone ^^
