[Raffle] Let raffle have more than 9 winners

Have the option to have more than 1-9 winners. I fully understand that there may be a limit without an external DB but my knowledge is far to minimal for my suggesstion of 1-100 winners to have any real weight. Additionally I respect you have a full time job so this is by no means urgent. All the best, OJ
