[Shop] Feature Request.

Would it be possible to add a "command" item to the shop that when purchased it runs a set command on the bot. For instance you make a item called 500xp and you set it to run [p]lvladmin member give 500 @user when purchased so when it's purchased it automatically does the command.

This is something that has been brought up before, but I'm on the fence about it. This creates a vulnerability where someone could potentially allow a user to use a mod or admin level command in a really destructive way.

If only mods and admins can add stuff to the shop, isn't it their responsibility if they decide to add something stupid to it.
