Feature Description

Bad spelling handling for Pokemon searches.

e.g. [p]pokedex diglet and [p]pokedex Digglet would show the results for [p]pokedex Diglett

Use case: People are bad at spelling Pokemon names

Just as a heads up. I don't have any plans to add any features to my v2 cogs. Any features that are added will be in the V3 version only. I might try to implement this using Levenshtein distance or some other kind of fuzzy logic and compare the ratios.
