No shortcut in Windows 10

Describe the bug There is no result when searching for RDM, redis, or resp in Windows 10. After installing, while the app is still running, you need to pin it to taskbar to ensure that you can still open it later. Otherwise, you need to reinstall the application again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install resp app in Windows 10
  2. Search for redis, RDM, or resp
  3. The installed app cannot be searched

Expected behavior I should be able to search for this application in Windows after installing it.

  • RESP.app version
  • MS Store or exe installer variant

Hello @uglide, I am currently using the 2022.3.461 version, and I used the exe variant to install it.
